Ansamed provide design and manufacturing services for braided shafts and device delivery systems. Leveraging off our design expertise built initially through the design and launch of the Ansamed Maxitroque Plus angiography catheter and more recently through the development of a thin wall guiding catheter braided technology platform, we provide proven design and manufacturing experience.

Ansamed can supply braided systems from multiple materials and braid configurations in outer diameters of 2Fr to 24Fr. Customised braided systems can be developed for your specific application or choose from our off-the-shelf braided tubing available for use in 4, 5, 6 and 7Fr diagnostic catheters.

Ansamed has developed a thin-wall coronary 6Fr guide catheter braid platform, which exceeds many of the the performance standards of multinational leaders in this area. Excellent torque, kink and bending stiffness properties can be achieved in this low profile braided shaft.
