A comprehensive device testing capability has been established to support design and development activities.  Ansamed can assist in commercialising your device and provide scale up for production of market volumes.

We can provide non-sterile OEM braided and non-braided catheters, fine tuned to your requirements. All manufacturing processes can be validated to your requirements.

Catheters can be developed in accordance with our ISO 13485:2003 certified design control system with supporting technical documentation provided to you as required.

Ansamed use a web based project management tool to provide live reports on the status of every design services project.  At project initiation each customer is provided with password access to the system.

All catheters are produced in Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
