Our measurement equipment is capable of measuring on line multilayers from 0.00004”(.001 mm) as well as OD, ID, concentricity and ovality. Measurement equipment includes:   • Ultrasonic Wall Thickness with Laser Gauge Dual Axis System which provides a complete picture of the tubes dimensions on line ie. Wall thickness in four locations, concentricity, ovality, outer diameter, internal diameter & SPC data. • Our Video measurement system allows us to save measurement data images (bmp/jpeg/pdf) of profiles which can be sent directly to you allowing critical prototyping decisions to be made in seconds. • Burst Pressure, Tensile & Elongation.     The result is high quality extruded tubing with tight tolerances.
